Scheduling and Holding Appointments We’d love to make magnolia part of your lifestyle. For appointments, call us at 615.262.6652. Please have your credit card number or magnolia gift card number available to reserve your appointment. We won’t charge your card until your appointment, or you may use another form of payment if you prefer. We suggest calling 24 hours ahead for appointments on Monday-Thursday, and 48 hours in advance for weekend appointments. We accept walk-in appointments if we have space, but booking in advance assures that you have the best spa experience. Groups We make it really fun for spa groups at magnolia (especially bridal parties!), with complimentary wine or sparkling water, and, of course, our yummy dark chocolate! Please give as much advance notice as possible when scheduling your appointments, with a minimum of 48 hours, to insure we’re all ready for you and your friends. Something important to know: Be sure everyone schedules exactly the services they want; unfortunately we can’t make changes or cancel any group appointments with less than 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments We know stuff happens! So, if you have to cancel or reschedule, please be sure to give us 24 hours advance notice. If you have reserved more than two appointments for yourself, please make changes or cancellations 48 hours in advance. For spa groups, we require 48 hours notice of any changes or cancellations. We hate to do it, but magnolia reserves the right to charge your card a service fee, up to the full amount for the service, for appointments rescheduled or cancelled without appropriate notice. Of course, no-shows will be charged the full amount. Cell Phone Policy Spa time is down time, for relaxation, rejuvenation, stress relief. Please turn your cell phone off so you and our other guests can enjoy some hip luxury. If you can’t bear to turn it off, please set to vibrate, and if you receive a call while in the reception area, please step outside while chatting. Children and teens at magnolia We love babies and children, but as a courtesy to our guests, we ask that clients come to the spa without children under the age of 13.
